Alice teaches programming concepts as kids create animated movies with its friendly interfere and storytelling.

This issue is all about projects kids (and anyone with time on their hands) can work through to have fun and learn basic computer programming and computer science.

Right now I'm making the Adult Mom walk and, So far I have the mom moving but don't the structure of the movement in the legs moving yet.

​

I have 2 saved files and the one I'm using the most is the one where I am making the legs, hips, ankle's and foot move, so far I got the leg and knee to move forward and backwards.

​

While I was doing Alice 3, I made a example file where I have a teen person and im using it to get an idea of how I can get the legs to move and make it walk.

​

In Alice 3 you can do lots of things, you can In interface, students drag and drop graphic tiles to create a program, where the instructions correspond to standard statements in a production oriented programming language.

 

Alice allows students to immediately see how their animation programs run, enabling them to easily understand the relationship between the programming statements and the behavior of objects in their animation.
